Rod Moore, Attorney at Law(Bar No. 31655), is the founder, owner, and lead attorney of Moore Probate and Estate, where he focuses exclusively on probate and estate planning matters. Born in Arizona and relocated to Moore, Oklahoma in 2007, Rod has built his practice around providing thoughtful, accessible legal guidance to individuals and families throughout Oklahoma.

Rod earned his law degree from Oklahoma City University, graduating on May 19, 2013, and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar on September 25, 2013. He began his legal career working with corporate law firms before forming a pivotal professional relationship with Don Halbrook, under whom he trained as a mentee and later became a law partner. Together, they handled a broad range of legal matters—including bankruptcy, probate, estate planning, divorce, personal injury, and immigration—before Rod refined his practice to focus primarily on probate and estate planning.

Following Don Halbrook’s retirement at the end of 2022, Rod established Moore Probate and Estateat its current location, continuing a legacy of personalized legal service while shaping the firm around his own client-focused philosophy. As the firm’s sole attorney, Rod is directly involved in every case, ensuring each client receives attentive, knowledgeable, and consistent representation.
