Pamela Hileman serves as the firm’s first point of contact, welcoming clients and managing incoming communications with professionalism and care. Born in Norman, Oklahoma, and raised in the State of Oklahoma, Pamela brings strong local roots and a client-centered approach to her role.

Pamela originally joined the firm in November 2024 and returned in May 2025. She is certified in Business Management and Accounting through Moore Norman Technology Center and is a licensed Oklahoma Notary Public. Her professional background includes experience in billing, accounting, and management roles, providing her with a strong foundation in office operations and client support.
